Tamar Joulia-Paris

Senior risk consultant, TJ Capital

Ms Joulia-Paris has more than 20 years leadership experience in risk and portfolio management : governance, portfolio strategy, risk appetite, prudential regulations and accounting, market-based and portfolio analytics, scenarios & stress tests, risk-adjusted pricing, counterparty risk, structuring & servicing of CDS and securitizations.

Ms Joulia-Paris developed the Credit Portfolio Management at ING Bank to later become Head of Credit Portfolio Management for the Group. Ms. Joulia-Paris also served as Board Member of the IACPM, and participated to regulatory changes in the EU after 2008 as Member of CEBS (now EBA) Consultative Panel. Ms. Joulia-Paris is Guest Professor in Master Classes of Financial Risk Management for Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis (Belgium).



Lionel Louiset

Managing Partner, PIXAM Investment Solutions

Beginning his career at Société Générale he contributed to the development of the derivatives department in successive management positions then left to create and head the Structured Products unit at BNP-Exane. He then initiated and developed the Investors Solutions department at Oddo Securities where he was member of the Management Committee.

Lionel is a graduate from HEC Paris (88).




Mathias Schmit

Mathias Schmit is the founder of SAGORA Lease & Risk Management, a network of senior risk professionals merging extensive leasing and banking experience with strong analytical skills and innovation.

Mathias holds a Phd in finance and he worked previously at Leaseurope at head of economic affairs and acts now as an external advisor. He strongly contributed to a more suitable regulatory framework for the leasing industry regarding the implementation of Basel II accords in the EU. The EU specificities lead to several hundred millions euros of capital savings for the European leasing industry.

He is also a professor of Finance at the Solvay Business School, Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium).



Katharina Wratschko-Schlor

Katharina Wratschko first obtained a degree in Business Studies at the Vienna University of Economics.

From 2003 to 2006, she was teaching and doing research in the areas of strategic control, performance management, Investment management and strategic Alliances at the Institute of Management (WU Vienna), and at The Wharton School (Philadelphia),

In 2007, she joined the VERBUND AG company and she is now responsible for Strategy and Corporate Development. VERBUND International is represented worldwide in more than 20 countries and a major energy traders in Europe’s energy markets.
